A new Mexican-inspired fast food chain is coming soon to Leominster at 536 N. Main Street. They’re taking the spot of the former JN Phillips Auto Glass next to Wendy’s.

Taco John’s is a fast food restaurant chain that serves Mexican-inspired fast food, including tacos, burritos, and quesadillas. The chain was founded in 1969 in Cheyenne, Wyoming. As of 2022, Taco John’s has over 380 restaurants in 22 states, primarily in the Midwest and Mountain regions. The company’s headquarters are located in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

The chain’s signature dish is the Potato Olé, which are bite-sized deep-fried potato nuggets coated with a proprietary blend of spices and seasonings. Taco John’s also offers a variety of breakfast items, including burritos, tacos, and biscuits and gravy.
